Job Summary
As a Digital Business Architect, you will lead in every aspect of business design initiatives that are supportive of the Claims Digital Transformation (CDT). You will be aligned to significant Claims customer touch points such as self-service and claim reporting and will work to re-engineer business process to better meet customer needs and enable a digital first operating model. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and can lead working groups of business SMEs, technology professionals, and user experience design. You're relentlessly focused on outcomes and value, not just deliverables or features. You're a big picture thinker who also appreciates the details; you can switch modes seamlessly between systems thinking and process redesign.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring a strong digital mindset and outcome focused discipline to define and drive transformation initiative strategy, vision, and roadmap; evangelize and advocate for good ideas across the organization
- Clearly articulate the change to current process and organizational design to drive value from the innovation roadmap
- Partner with cross-functional, matrixed teams to design, build, scale, and iterate on new technology products, business processes, and operating approaches
- Proactively engage stakeholder and user groups across the country to educate/advocate for business transformation and gain feedback for improvement
- Collect and analyze data and insights; leverage results to identify or understand problems or to recommend improvements
- Collaborate with other Digital Business Architects to ensure integration between work streams
- Contribute to CDT overall digital blueprint - roadmap and strategy
Remote Work
This position is a remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States.
When you work from home full time, you'll need:
- a dedicated workspace in your residence that is private and free from distractions
- a minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up
- appropriate work surface and seating
What will Allstate provide?
- A technology bundle that includes all equipment needed to perform your work from home (laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, mouse)
- Connectivity reimbursement of $80 per month to offset some of the cost of internet.
Education and Experience
- Expertise in Claims business processes and/or digital design
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Validates backlog concepts by leveraging customer-centric thinking, discovery and research, rapid iteration, and lean practices

Compensation offered for this role is$82,000.00-$124,700 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
